The Planners – Terms & Conditions

Welcome to The Planners ( Legal Entity Name - CONNEXTIONS HOSPITALITY PRIVATE LIMITED ). By using our services—whether for weddings, social events, or corporate occasions—you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding with any booking.
1. Contract & Agreement
• All services offered by The Planners are subject to availability and confirmation.
• A binding contract is established only once full payment is received as per the agreed-upon schedule.
• By making a booking and payment, the client confirms acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
2. Pricing and Payments
• All quoted prices are exclusive of government taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Payment can be made via Cheque, Demand Draft, Online Transfer, or Credit Card (subject to processing fees, if any).
• For payments originating in India, compliance with the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) regulations is mandatory.
• International clients must ensure all payment-related compliance with their local and Indian financial laws.
3. Booking Modifications
• The modifications are subject to availability and applicable cost
• Any request for changes to services, dates, or venue will be treated subject to availability and applicable cost
4. Cancellations by Client
• In case of cancellation by the client, full or partial cancellation charges will apply, depending on the timeline of the cancellation.
• For services rendered by third parties (hotels, transporters, decorators, venues, etc.),
their individual cancellation policies will also apply in full.
5. Unutilized Services
• No refund or credit will be given for any service or portion thereof which is not utilized by the client, whether by choice or due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. late arrival, early departure, missed services).
6. Documents & Travel Requirements
• For any destination wedding or international event planning:
o Clients are solely responsible for securing valid travel documents (e.g., passports, visas).
o The Planners may assist in the documentation process but will not be held liable for delays, denials, or any other issues caused by the authorities.
7. Insurance
• We highly recommend that clients take out appropriate travel/event insurance which includes:
o Coverage for cancellations or postponements
o Loss or damage to personal property
o Medical emergencies
• The Planners is not responsible for any losses that may arise due to lack of insurance.
8. Force Majeure & Limitations
• The Planners will not be held liable for any delays, cancellations, or changes in services due to:
o Natural disasters, strikes, weather conditions, government restrictions, or other force majeure events.
• While we ensure the best service quality, we are not liable for third-party vendors or service providers' failure to perform.
9. Complaints & Dispute Resolution
• Any complaint must be reported immediately to our team during the event to give us a fair chance to resolve it.
• Post-event complaints must be submitted in writing within 7 days.
• Any claims received after this period will not be entertained.
10. Legal Jurisdiction
• All disputes arising out of these terms shall be governed by Indian laws.
• The courts located in Delhi /NCR (India) shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any legal matters.
