At The Planners ( Legal Entity Name - CONNEXTIONS HOSPITALITY PRIVATE LIMITED ), we understand that plans may change. However, our services involve a great deal of pre-planning and resource commitments. Hence, the following refund and cancellation policy applies:

1. Advance Payment & Deposits
• All bookings require an advance deposit to confirm the services.
• Deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances.

2. Cancellation Timeline & Charges
Cancellation requests must be made in writing via email. The applicable cancellation charges are:
• 30 days or more before arrival/ event date: 50% of the total amount
• 15–29 days before arrival/ event date: 75% of the total amount
• Less than 15 days before arrival/ event date: 100% (No refund) Please note:
• Third-party vendor policies may result in additional non-refundable charges.
• Postponement is treated as a cancellation unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. Visa Denial / Travel Issues
• If any service (domestic or international) is cancelled due to visa denial, personal travel issues, or documentation errors, standard cancellation charges will still apply.
• The Planners cannot be held responsible for delays or refusals by embassies or consulates.

4. Refund Method & Timeline
• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 30 working days after written confirmation of cancellation.
• All refunds will be made via bank transfer in Indian Rupees only, regardless of the origin of payment.

5. No Refund for Partial Use
• No refund will be processed for any partially used service(s) such as:
o Missed hotel stays
o Skipped decor arrangements
o Partial attendance of planned activities
• Refund requests made after the completion of the event will not be considered.

Important Notes
• The above policy applies to all event types including weddings, corporate gatherings, social functions, and destination events.
• In exceptional circumstances (e.g., national lockdown, death in family), management may consider case-by-case flexibility. However, this is not guaranteed.
